Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States generally arrives in 5-8 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To start a return, email support@zevyo.io with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
